We are looking for a technician (m/f/d) to join our team. Your core area of responsibility will be the assembly of satellite components and test equipment and providing support for functional tests as part of our satellite development, particularly in the area of AIT (assembly, integration, testing).
Tasks
- Mechanical processing of structural parts (e.g. drilling, milling, sawing, cutting, gluing)
- Incoming inspection of devices, structural parts and components (operational checks, measuring / verification the dimensional accuracy, extensive cleaning)
- Assembly of devices and structures, and detailed documentation of all related activities Preparation and maintenance of working instructions for device assembly, use of equipment and handling of laboratory devices
- Develop and setup mechanical and electrical ground support equipment
- Support of test activities (setup of test adapters, installation of specimens in test stands, preparation of functional tests, assisting in documenting results)
