Define and optimise factory floor layout
Define and maintain production procedures and working instructions
Define and maintain production resilience and recovery plans
Improve AIT procedures
Set up a production tracking system
Introduce lean manufacturing or industry standard improvement methodologies
Collaborate with the development teams to improve product design for mass manufacturing
Carry out factory/production continuous improvement projects

Your Tasks
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s engineering degree (mechanical, production, or industrial engineering or similar)
- Multiple years of experience in industrialisation, serial production, or aerospace manufacturing
- Knowledge of factory simulation tools such as Autodesk Factory Design Utilities
- Familiarity with common productivity tools such as GitLab, Inventree, drawio is a plus
- Beginner’s knowledge of S/C components and lingo
- Methodical and structured work
- Professional fluency in English
- Professional fluency in German is a strong plus
